I just don’t get it why people would put their lives on something they don’t like doing. So many people I met hate their jobs. They would always complain and wish for better things to happen. I always thought “if you’re miserable, then why still let yourself stay that way? Stop complaining and start looking for something else to do” Yep, I don’t really get it until I was in their shoes. I totally understand now of how having a job that literally suck the energy out of you feel s like. It sucks. It really does. I know most of you would feel like you don’t really have any other choice, and you can’t leave your job. You might feel like you should keep going, cause if you quit without even trying, you might miss a chance to be promoted or to eran more money. But believe me. To have a job you don’t love or a job you don’t feel connected to. It’s gonna be so hard to have an aspiration to even go further, to move on to another chapter of your life (which is a better one), and you would as well forget to enjoy your life. Think about hits, if you do something that you actually enjoy, something you love, no matter how hard it is, you would have so much energy to move forward to wherever your goals are. TAKE A RISK is all I’m saying. Be happy. Live your life, cause this is basically what life is all about, right? You’ll never try, you’ll never know. –KATY

Sweet potatoes,Pumpkin and Banana Pancakes with Homemade Peanut Butter.
Pancake ingredients
~ 3 roasted sweet potatoes.
~ 3/4 cup of pumpkin puree.
~ 2 mashed banana ( Go for the really ripe one.)
~ 1 cup of all purpose flour.
~ 2 teaspoons of baking powder.
~ 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
~ 1/2 cup of milk. (It depends on your consistency of the pancake battle,if it's still too thick.add more milk.)
~ 4 eggs
~ 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.
~ 1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice.
~ Pumpkin Seeds.
Assemble your pancakes the way you like. I sprinkle mine with Pumpkin seed and it tastes A-MA-ZING.
1. I first peel and cut pumpkin into chunks. Then I boil it until it turns soft. Drain out the water.Let the pumpkin dry completely.Once it's dry,use the fork to mash the pumpkin.
2.I wash the sweet potatoes and use the paper towel to pat the potaoes until it's dry. Make sure that the potaoes are really dry. We don't wanna turn roasted potatoes to boiled potatoes. Then, put the potatoes in the oven and take them out when you think it's cooked.Once it's cool down, peel off the skin and mash the potatoes using the fork.
3. Mash the bananas.
4. In a mixing bowl, add in pumpkin puree, mashed sweet potatoes ,mashed bananas, and milk. Crack 4 egg in. Stir well.
5. In a different bowl, sieve the flour, salt, cinnamon, baking powder and pumpkin spice.Mix them well and pour in the wet ingredients. Stir well.
6.If the consistency of the pancake battle doesn't feel right to you. Add in whatever you think it should be added more :) Enjoy!

Homemade Peanut butter.

~ Sugar to taste. (It could be white or brown Sugar. I used brown sugar in my peanut butter cause I love the smell and the taste of it. )
~ A tiny tiny pinch of salt. DON'T BE TOO GENEROUS with it. ( Candice accidentally added too much salt,So we had to add in more sugar, and in this place I mean "much more sugar.)
1. Preheat your oven to boils.
2. Spread your peanut in to single layer and roasted them for about 20 minutes. Don't forget to stir it once or twice every 5 minutes. After 20 minute, take out the peanut and let it cool down.
3. Pour the peanut in the food processor and process it until it turn to cream consistency.
4. Add in as much sugar as you like but remember to add in just a little pinch of salt.
