As corny as it is. The word "LOVE" is so wonderful ,yet so strong , dang! ...it's so strong and its possibility of making you feel so overwhelmed at times is endless.I was watching him from the back, and all i could see was his messy hair and the pattern of his grey shirt. We were surrounded by a group of people. He has lots of friends, but i hope i am the only one there who know him best. Yeah, I really hope so. I always wonder "What would it feels like to be able to know him in the way that nobody else does? ". He's different. He doesn't talk much but he always listens. He has this unique personality that just keeps drawing people into his life without him realizing it. People says he's mysterious and is hard to break open. And that's the truth. There's no one like him. He's gentle ,he's warm and without showing, his love for others is so deep and pure as one can imagine. Watching him grows and seeing how he changes over time is indescribable. I love him to death but man! , i get mad at him so easily ,but I guess that's what happens when you love someone as who they are,or maybe i guess our relationship as friends is what gives us the opportunity to learn about each other and love one another by understanding and forgiving without questioning why we're doing so. Okay,I ain't writing this just to show you guys how corny i can be,but i wanted to express how i feel to you as if you might be falling in love with someone right at the moment. So that we can be connected somehow

Coconut Chocolate Cake

(Adapted from Dulcedelight)

In this recipe, we came up with the idea of using coconut milk instead of cream because the milk itself is tasty, creamy and has such a strong flavor and smell. Plus, it's everywhere here in Thailand. This cake is insanely moist and chocolaty and is quite delicious, so make sure you share a piece or more to others.

Frosting : 1 cup coconut milk

2 tbsp maple syrup

2 cups dark chocolate

2 cups confectioner's sugar

1 cup cold unsalted butter, cut in medium chunks

a pinch of salt

Cake : 2 cups natural yoghurt

2 tbsp vinegar

1 1/2 cup dark chocolate

1 cup unsalted butter

6 eggs

1 1/2 cup white sugar

2 cups cake flour

3 tsp baking soda

2 tsp baking powder

a pinch of salt

In a pan, pour in the coconut milk and honey and bring it to simmer. In a blender, put in the chocolate. Turn the machine on and slowly pour in the coconut milk. Blend until everything is smooth. Add confectioners' sugar and blend everything together again. With the machine on, slowly add the butter bit by bit. Not too fast. You don't want the mixture to split. And your frosting us done! Pour it on the bowl and put it in the fridge for 10 minutes. No more or less. Take it out from the fridge and keep stirring it every 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350'F

For the cake, put a big bowl on top of the pot filled with boiling water. Mix the yoghurt with vinegar. Add the yoghurt mixture, chocolate and butter in the bowl and let them melt on the pot. When done, set it aside.

In another bowl, whisk the eggs and the sugar together. For the dry ingredient, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.

Combine the chocolate and the egg mixture together. Mix in the dry ingredients. A little bit at a time and make sure everything is well combined.

Pour the batter into two prepared cake tins. Make sure you grease and flour it well. Bake it in the oven for about 35 minutes. Make sure the cake cooks all the way by inserting the toothpick and if it comes out clean, aand that means your cake is ready! Let cool before frosting it.
