Did you know if you mix a natural yogurt with flour and baking powder, you would get a cake!? I did not,but lucky me, i did not have to spend half of my life and find out about this later! Yes,you read that right. Only yogurt, flour and baking powder. I mean you would need more if you're gonna make a SWEET cake! , but only 3 these three can make a cake-like texture. Oh my. I love science. Whoever came up with this combination,i thank you. oh... um.. I'm sorry. It seems like I'm not gonna stop praising over this cake. I just feel like i can go on and on and on and on about how much i'm obsessed with this cake at the moment. I even adjusted the recipe and made my own HEALTHY oatmeal biscuit with my homemade gravy sauce. Sorry for those out there who is actually don't look for a healthy recipe here. Let's just compromise, you guys. Candice will be back with her delicious full-fat recipe soon. But for now, let's just stick with Katy first, okay. First off all, i just want to let you know that HEALTHY food is not always gonna taste "HEALTHY". If only you know how to play with the ingredients, you can make all the delish healthy food with the taste you couldn't resist. I mean, there's nothing wrong with giving your body the care over what things you put down your throat, right? okay, let me stop here before you guys think I'm getting a tiny bit crazy over all this Healthy thing. A couple of days ago,i was craving for something cinnamony, something pancaky and something like apple pie but i did not want to load myself up with sugar at the begining of the day. So, I went into the kitchen, whipped up the cake that answered all the craves i was having. I beated up the flour, baking powder, and a cup of yogurt, chopped up 4 big apples ( i know it's a lot but when you eating apple cake, you at least you feel the apple in every bite, right? ) and 1/4 a cup of brown sugar. A big amount of cinnamon added as much as you like. Then,TA DA!! you got a cake! I ate it with a dollop of honey yogurt and a heavy sprinkle of roasted coconut flakes. Done.

You're welcome.
