Coconut bars

I love coconut. I would put them in anything, if i could. Do you like coconut? Great. I bet you would like this recipe of mine as well. I have a friend who hates coconut. Anthing with coconut,he would just make a painful face and walk away from it. Well,that's his lost. To be missing on something as coconut is pretty unforgivable. One day when he's asleep. I'll put the whole coconut in his mouth and hope he'll realize what he's been missing on. When i was back in the states,candice and I always found an excuse for ourselves to stop by Fro-yo place.Whether,it's been a long day of work or the stresses we built up during the day. Well,we always found an excuse anyway. I remember that everythime i went to get Fro-Yo, I would put so much of coconut flakes in and a little bitty bit of other things. The chewyness the coconut flakes gave me,though. That was undescribable. I love it.

Over the weekend,my friend,Suzi, had asked us to bake somethings for her house warming party. The first thing that came to my mind was the coconut cookie dipped in dark chocolate. On the same day,my friends and I went to sweets shopping together,and i found this one big bag of coconut flakes, It was so cheap,i couldn't believe it,but I bought it anyway, That night,i couldn't go to sleep because i was so excited to bake my coconut recipe that i came up with before i went to bed. So,i woke up super early the next day. It was a super cozy with the breeze in the air morning. it seems like the rain did not stop themselves from raining these past couple weeks,but i cound't complain about that,though. Rain is my favorite thing on earth. I opened the kitchen door to cathch the breeze from the rain and turn on the music really loud and started to bake! It was relaxing and i was just so happy. The result turned out to be pretty good but it's really really chewy. So if you love anything chewy,you would love this.
